Tudor House is providing this web site as a facility to customers wishing to stay at Tudor House, and makes every effort to present appropriate and up to date information. All the prices, details and availability are supplied and presented on this web site in good faith, but without any liability whatsoever.
Prices are for accommodation and breakfast only and do not include any additional expenses such as drinks, use of telephone, cost of parking vouchers to park at open public car parks etc.
Tudor House does not have Parking facilities but can offer, subject to availability, especial low cost parking vouchers to park in some of open public car parks in Canterbury. These will be available as long as Canterbury Council will have them on sales to B&Bs. The cost is extra to the cost of accommodation. At this moment, in 2013 the cost of parking voucher for 24 hours parking is £6.00.
4 Booking Payments
When making the booking by e-mail or by phone, you are required to pay a deposit or may be asked to pay the full amount in advance and give your full home address and contact telephone number.
5 Cancellation Policy
If booking is made ten days or less before date of arrival, the deposit / full amount paid in advance will not be re-funded.
If booking are made more than ten days before date of arrival and for any reason the booking is going to be cancelled, Tudor House needs to be informed by e-mail or by phone the number of days or weeks before date of arrival as requested by Tudor House when booking was made, if the deposit or full amount in advance been paid by credit or debit card, the amount will be re-funded less £10.00 or more for administration charges as agreed during making the booking.
6 Checking In
Check in time is between 14:00 to 20:00 on arrival date. If your arrival time is different, Tudor House needs to be informed and you will be informed what can be provided by Tudor House. This needs to be done by the customer before confirming the booking.
7 Checking Out
Check out time is by 10:00 a.m. on the check out date.
8 Cleaning Hours
Customers who are staying more than one night, need to vacate their room / B&B between 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 so the cleaning personnel of Tudor House can tidy up / clean your room.
Breakfast time is between 07:30 a.m. to 08:45 a.m. and will not be changed.
10 Wireless Internet
There are limited wireless internet access, strictly subject to connection availability and reception in the area. You must have your own laptop / Device and check and inform Tudor House the availability of this facility before you confirm your booking.
11 Damages to Tudor House
During your stay at Tudor House if any damage is done to the property or its contents by the customer, Tudor House has the right to ask and claim the cost of damage from the customer.
12 Customer’s Belongings
Customers are fully responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay at Tudor House. We do not accept any responsibilities for loss or damage to their belongings or valuables.
